Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in industrial or utility construction management.
- Strong knowledge of construction means and methods (piping, combined cycle, gas turbines, simple cycle).
- OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety Training (or equivalent) required prior to hire or within 30 days of onboarding.
- NCCCO Rigger Level I certification preferred (willingness to obtain within 90 days required if not currently held).
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and people management skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive project work plans to meet evolving project needs.
- Oversee day-to-day project operations to ensure alignment with scope and timelines.
- Complete project documentation and reports accurately and in a timely manner.
- Ensure project adherence to stringent safety protocols and culture.
- Monitor project budgets, expenses, and develop accurate project estimates.
- Manage hiring responsibilities and allocate resources among team members.
- Uphold rigorous quality control standards and ensure compliance with project plans.
- Cultivate customer relationships and maintain stakeholder engagement through effective communication.
