Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in industrial or utility construction management.
  • Strong knowledge of construction means and methods (piping, combined cycle, gas turbines, simple cycle).
  • OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety Training (or equivalent) required prior to hire or within 30 days of onboarding.
  • NCCCO Rigger Level I certification preferred (willingness to obtain within 90 days required if not currently held).
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and people management skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive project work plans to meet evolving project needs.
  • Oversee day-to-day project operations to ensure alignment with scope and timelines.
  • Complete project documentation and reports accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Ensure project adherence to stringent safety protocols and culture.
  • Monitor project budgets, expenses, and develop accurate project estimates.
  • Manage hiring responsibilities and allocate resources among team members.
  • Uphold rigorous quality control standards and ensure compliance with project plans.
  • Cultivate customer relationships and maintain stakeholder engagement through effective communication.
