- Minimum 5 years in a Clinical Project Management role within a CRO setting.
- University or college degree, preferably in Life Science.
- Thorough knowledge of project management processes.
- Solid understanding of project budget creation and management.
- Demonstrated experience managing or leading multidisciplinary project teams.
- Proficiency in computer skills, specifically MS Office.
- High level of responsibility and accountability.
- Ability to perform effectively in demanding situations.
- Ability to travel as needed.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage clinical trials from start-up through closeout.
- Direct the technical, financial, and operational aspects of projects.
- Collaborate with functional area leads to identify and evaluate project issues.
- Interpret data on complex issues to facilitate informed business decisions.
- Ensure all project deliverables meet customer time, quality, and cost expectations.
- Implement proactive solutions for project success.
