  • 2+ years of professional recruiting experience.
  • Direct experience recruiting in the ABA industry is strongly preferred.
  • Proven track record of successfully hiring RBTs and BCBAs.
  • Experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and modern recruiting tools.
  • Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
  • Ability to source passive candidates and develop talent pipelines.
  • Strong relationship-building and professional communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a remote and collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Execute full-cycle recruitment for RBTs, BCBAs, and other ABA-related clinical positions.
  • Develop and maintain robust talent pipelines within the ABA community.
  • Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates to ensure clinical and cultural fit.
  • Manage candidate relationships throughout the entire hiring journey from initial contact to onboarding.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce priorities and hiring needs.
  • Coordinate interview scheduling, job offers, and onboarding activities.
  • Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Track and analyze recruiting metrics to optimize hiring outcomes and employer branding.
