Requirements

2+ years of professional recruiting experience.
Direct experience recruiting in the ABA industry is strongly preferred.
Proven track record of successfully hiring RBTs and BCBAs.
Experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes from sourcing to onboarding.
Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and modern recruiting tools.
Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
Ability to source passive candidates and develop talent pipelines.
Strong relationship-building and professional communication skills.
Ability to thrive in a remote and collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

Execute full-cycle recruitment for RBTs, BCBAs, and other ABA-related clinical positions.
Develop and maintain robust talent pipelines within the ABA community.
Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates to ensure clinical and cultural fit.
Manage candidate relationships throughout the entire hiring journey from initial contact to onboarding.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce priorities and hiring needs.
Coordinate interview scheduling, job offers, and onboarding activities.
Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Track and analyze recruiting metrics to optimize hiring outcomes and employer branding.
