Requirements
- 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a high-volume, multi-site or distributed operating environment.
- Experience sourcing for high-volume or hard-to-fill roles, including customer service and clinical support positions.
- Proficiency with recruiting tools: Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, cold calling.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Results-driven with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Strong organizational skills to manage high-volume open roles simultaneously.
- Ability to influence without authority and build relationships with hiring managers.
Responsibilities
- Manage a high-volume requisition portfolio, ramping toward approximately 40-50+ open requisitions.
- Source passive and active candidates through Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, AVMA, referrals, cold calling, Boolean search, and database mining.
- Conduct high-volume phone screens to verify skill set, professionalism, availability, compensation expectations, and schedule fit.
- Build strong relationships and partner with hiring managers and hospital operations teams to understand staffing priorities.
- Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate records in Greenhouse ATS.
- Attend and represent the company at career fairs, technician school events, and campus recruiting events.
