Requirements

  • 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a high-volume, multi-site or distributed operating environment.
  • Experience sourcing for high-volume or hard-to-fill roles, including customer service and clinical support positions.
  • Proficiency with recruiting tools: Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, cold calling.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Results-driven with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage high-volume open roles simultaneously.
  • Ability to influence without authority and build relationships with hiring managers.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a high-volume requisition portfolio, ramping toward approximately 40-50+ open requisitions.
  • Source passive and active candidates through Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, AVMA, referrals, cold calling, Boolean search, and database mining.
  • Conduct high-volume phone screens to verify skill set, professionalism, availability, compensation expectations, and schedule fit.
  • Build strong relationships and partner with hiring managers and hospital operations teams to understand staffing priorities.
  • Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate records in Greenhouse ATS.
  • Attend and represent the company at career fairs, technician school events, and campus recruiting events.
