- Oversee and manage all aspects of the company’s billing and revenue cycle operations
- Ensure accurate claims processing, timely collections, and compliance with payer, state, and federal requirements
- Lead and manage the billing department, including training and supervision of billing staff
- Oversee the full revenue cycle process including claim submission, payment posting, denial management, and collections
- Monitor billing metrics, generate reports, and provide strategic recommendations to leadership
- Ensure compliance with payer regulations, Medicaid/Medicare rules, and state/federal requirements
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to resolve billing discrepancies
- Develop, implement, and refine billing policies and procedures to improve efficiency and cash flow
