Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM, retention marketing, or customer growth.
  • Proven experience building lifecycle programs from scratch.
  • Demonstrated experience owning business outcomes rather than just campaign execution.
  • Strong analytical and segmentation skills.
  • Proficiency with platforms such as Braze, Iterable, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, or Klaviyo.
  • Ability to work strategically while remaining hands-on.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership skills.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and own the lifecycle marketing strategy across the entire customer journey.
  • Evaluate, select, and implement CRM and lifecycle marketing technology platforms.
  • Establish audience segmentation frameworks based on guest behavior and engagement patterns.
  • Design and launch personalized automated lifecycle programs across multiple channels.
  • Establish reporting, KPIs, and attribution models to measure retention and customer lifetime value.
  • Partner with Marketing, Product, and Operations to align initiatives with business objectives.
