Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM, retention marketing, or customer growth.
- Proven experience building lifecycle programs from scratch.
- Demonstrated experience owning business outcomes rather than just campaign execution.
- Strong analytical and segmentation skills.
- Proficiency with platforms such as Braze, Iterable, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, or Klaviyo.
- Ability to work strategically while remaining hands-on.
- Strong cross-functional leadership skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop and own the lifecycle marketing strategy across the entire customer journey.
- Evaluate, select, and implement CRM and lifecycle marketing technology platforms.
- Establish audience segmentation frameworks based on guest behavior and engagement patterns.
- Design and launch personalized automated lifecycle programs across multiple channels.
- Establish reporting, KPIs, and attribution models to measure retention and customer lifetime value.
- Partner with Marketing, Product, and Operations to align initiatives with business objectives.
