Requirements
- 7+ years of professional experience in technical security roles.
- Strong foundation in application security, cloud/infrastructure security, and secure software supply chain.
- Experience working in a SaaS or internet-scale product environment.
- Ability to work closely with engineering teams to review designs and turn security needs into practical improvements.
- Proven experience identifying meaningful risks and guiding pragmatic remediation.
- Comfort stepping in on high-impact security incidents and complex remediations.
- Proficiency in both French and English.
- Familiarity with SOC 2 Type II or third-party risk management is a plus.
- Experience with GRC automation platforms (e.g., Vanta) is a plus.
- Familiarity with AI governance or security implications of AI tooling is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to architecture, design, and implementation reviews for new features, services, and cloud initiatives.
- Support pragmatic threat modeling and secure-by-design practices across APIs, services, and data flows.
- Advise engineering teams on application security, cloud security, and software supply chain topics.
- Assess security risks related to internal AI usage and contribute to the security of AI-related product capabilities.
- Identify opportunities to leverage AI in security workflows for threat analysis and automation.
- Develop and improve security tooling, dashboards, and workflows in collaboration with SecOps.
- Translate security risks and findings into pragmatic remediation priorities for engineering teams.
