Requirements
- Expert-level knowledge of Active Directory, Azure AD (Entra ID), GPOs, and Kerberos.
- Strong understanding of OIDC and SAML protocols.
- Proficiency managing Identity Providers (IdPs) like Okta, Ping Identity, and Google Workspace.
- Experience managing hybrid identity synchronization.
- Hands-on knowledge of passwordless strategies including FIDO2/WebAuthn and Passkeys.
- Deep understanding of Desktop MFA, device registration, and MDM/UEM/EDR integration.
- Familiarity with PKI and certificate-based authentication.
- Thorough understanding of identity attack vectors and threat detection (ITDR).
- Experience with SIEM (Splunk, Sentinel) and SOAR tools.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel up to 40%.
Responsibilities
- Support strategic customer conversations aligning with technical and engineering leaders.
- Lead technical discovery sessions regarding endpoint security and identity threat vectors.
- Deliver customized demonstrations focused on Okta Device Access and Identity Threat Protection.
- Design and execute outcome-focused Proof of Concepts (POCs) to demonstrate value.
- Create and maintain reusable demonstration systems, diagrams, and documentation.
- Provide strategic technical guidance to Solutions Engineering teams.
- Deliver impactful presentations, webinars, and technical sessions at industry events.
- Partner with sales leadership and cross-functional teams to drive global initiatives.
