Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in higher education including instructional design and training administration.
- Domain experience in science and technology innovation, entrepreneurship, commercialization, or tech-based economic development.
- Experience in programming, curricular development, implementation, and assessment in higher education.
- Direct experience working with university stakeholders such as faculty, staff, and administrators.
- Proven track record in needs assessment and designing customized training models.
- Experience with grant administration and development.
- Bachelor's degree (BS/BA).
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to travel approximately 25% of the time.
- Self-starter with strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deliver STEM, innovation, and entrepreneurship curricula and training programs.
- Lead the management of immersive learning experiences like communities of practice and customized workshops.
- Define competency models and skills frameworks for higher education, industry, and government audiences.
- Facilitate program activities, including presenting, teaching, and conducting one-on-one engagements.
- Collaborate with internal teams, external subject matter experts, and consultants to ensure project success.
- Maintain relationships with university leadership and faculty to assess training needs.
- Synthesize reports and written materials for funders to support program evolution and renewals.
