Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- Minimum 4 years of clinical and/or training experience in the Cardiovascular Therapy area preferred, or equivalent sales and/or marketing experience.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to build relationships with physicians and internal/external stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a timely manner.
- Ability to travel for business up to 50%, including some weekend travel.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain Medical Education programs aligned with the overall strategy.
- Cultivate and manage relationships with physician Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), internal/external stakeholders, and vendors.
- Provide clinical expertise and guidance to the Medical Education Support team to ensure successful program delivery.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing, Medical Affairs, and sales leadership to develop tools, messages, and educational programs.
- Ensure all educational programs comply with corporate and regulatory guidelines.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training materials and programs, capturing and sharing key performance metrics.
- Coordinate with local field teams to support and promote regional educational programs.
