Senior IT Security Engineer

Manage device fleet using Jamf (macOS, iOS, iPadOS).
Administer and secure SaaS platforms (Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, Zoom, Salesforce, Box).
Maintain cloud-based systems and services (AWS).
Respond to security alerts, vulnerability findings, and threat intelligence.
Perform root cause analysis on security incidents.
Implement and maintain NIST SP 800-171 and CMMC Level 2 controls.

Engineering at VentureWell

Our IT team tackles unique challenges in secure systems engineering. You will manage our macOS fleet using Jamf for configuration and enforcement. We administer a diverse SaaS ecosystem including Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, and AWS. Securing these platforms and ensuring compliance with NIST 800-171 and CMMC Level 2 is critical. This role demands both strategic foresight and hands-on implementation skills. You will drive continuous improvement across our IT infrastructure. Your expertise will be vital in maintaining audit readiness. You will also evolve our security posture as we grow.

Benefits & Perks

Salary range of $115,000 - $140,000.
403(b) with 200% match up to 10% maximum contribution (after one year).
Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance.
$1,000 home office stipend upon hire.
