Requirements
- Relevant experience with data management and use.
- Experience manipulating data in R, including coding data, analyzing data, and creating tables.
- Knowledge of basic descriptive statistics.
- Experience developing forms and online survey tools.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Strong independent task-management skills in a fast-paced environment, including the ability to work across programs and reprioritize as timelines shift.
- Digital fluency with cloud-based office tools such as GSuite, CRMs, team collaboration and communication tools, and other web-based applications.
- Ability to adopt new tools and work processes quickly and solve problems creatively and autonomously.
Responsibilities
- Follow and implement data cleaning and updating protocols.
- Monitor data integrity across systems and prepare data for analysis.
- Enter and maintain records in databases and other systems.
- Verify information with external sources and ensure data accuracy and quality control.
- Resolve routine issues in multiple-year data collection and identify trends in data-quality issues.
- Assist in developing data visualizations for reporting.
- Support configuration of forms and tools for data collection.
- Participate in stakeholder and team meetings and routine project-platform maintenance.
- Document processes, data-collection methods, and other decision points.
