Requirements
- BA/BS in computer science, engineering, information systems, or equivalent practical experience.
- Foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies and experience leveraging or positioning AI-driven solutions.
- Program or project management experience for critical issues in cross-functional environments.
- Experience working with sales, customers, and partners to resolve complex and critical issues.
- Technical background in the security and/or networking space.
- Ability to communicate product details from an engineering level to a customer executive level.
- Experience in customer-facing sales and/or services delivery roles.
- Demonstrated ability to drive complex technical issues to closure.
- Experience with enterprise technology or SaaS company environments preferred.
- Experience leveraging AI-driven sentiment analysis or predictive analytics is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Own driving progress and resolution of customer critical issues for the assigned geographic region.
- Develop and execute action plans alongside cross-functional product development and management teams.
- Communicate ongoing status updates to internal and customer audiences up to the VP and C-level.
- Exercise judgment in risk management and problem mitigation, making timely business and technical decisions.
- Perform post-mortem analysis and evaluate internal processes to drive improvements in product, process, and people.
