Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or another relevant field.
- Demonstrated curiosity and ability to self-start without needing a perfect set of instructions.
- Ability to learn new tools, topics, and industries quickly.
- Bias for action: preference for shipping work and iterating over waiting for perfection.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to write clearly and speak up in meetings.
- Ability to work effectively and stay organized in a fast-paced team environment.
- Positive, coachable attitude with a willingness to handle diverse tasks.
- Availability to work approximately 20 hours per week (4 hours/day, 5 days/week).
Responsibilities
- Support campaign concepting, visual storytelling, and maintain brand consistency across channels.
- Write and edit blog posts, social copy, executive communications, and campaign materials.
- Learn and apply emerging search and AI-visibility strategies (AEO) to help Mitratech show up in search results.
- Assist with internal and external messaging, event communications, and thought leadership content.
- Provide general marketing support to the team as needed on diverse projects.
