- Ability to lead and develop consulting teams to deliver high-quality outputs.
- Strong commercial astuteness balanced with scientific background.
- High emotional intelligence for effective client and colleague relationships.
- Growth mindset for navigating complex, changing environments.
- Experience leading teams through change management programs.
Responsibilities
- Lead and successfully deliver large client projects to plan, ensuring value for clients.
- Think strategically and critically to solve complex problems across various therapeutic areas.
- Plan, design, and facilitate workshops to address project requirements.
