Requirements
- Advanced degree (Masters or PhD) in a relevant scientific field.
- 3-4 years of experience as a life sciences consultant.
- Subject matter expertise in one or more of the following: Oncology, Immunology, Cardiovascular, Renal and Metabolic diseases, or Rare diseases.
- Proven track record or demonstrable potential to lead profitable projects.
- Ability to engage with clients to understand their needs and win new business.
- Capability to lead and develop others to deliver high-quality outputs.
- Strong commercial acumen balanced with scientific background.
- High levels of emotional intelligence for relationship building.
- Growth mindset to thrive in a complex and changing environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of client projects to ensure they are completed on plan and provide high-value insights.
- Think strategically and critically to solve complex problems and facilitate client workshops.
- Facilitate growth of existing accounts and identify new business opportunities.
- Contribute significantly to proposals and pitches to win new client business.
- Manage and develop consulting colleagues through effective communication and personalized development.
- Promote Solici through content creation and attendance at key industry conferences and events.
- Participate in internal improvement initiatives to increase project efficiency and profitability.
