Requirements

- Mandarin speaking ability strongly preferred.
- Comfortable working remotely and supporting a distributed team.
Responsibilities
- Assist immigration agents with form preparation and documentation.
- Complete data entry and maintain accurate client records.
- Organise and manage digital files and supporting documents.
- Manage and maintain social media accounts across multiple platforms.
- Schedule and publish content including client success stories and updates.
- Monitor messages, comments, and inbound enquiries.
- Respond to basic enquiries and direct leads to appropriate team members.
- Support engagement across Facebook, LinkedIn, and Chinese social media platforms.
