  • Mandarin speaking ability strongly preferred.
  • Comfortable working remotely and supporting a distributed team.

Responsibilities

  • Assist immigration agents with form preparation and documentation.
  • Complete data entry and maintain accurate client records.
  • Organise and manage digital files and supporting documents.
  • Manage and maintain social media accounts across multiple platforms.
  • Schedule and publish content including client success stories and updates.
  • Monitor messages, comments, and inbound enquiries.
  • Respond to basic enquiries and direct leads to appropriate team members.
  • Support engagement across Facebook, LinkedIn, and Chinese social media platforms.
