Requirements

  • 7+ years of IT sales experience selling specifically into the Department of Energy.
  • Deep professional network within the Department of Energy.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Experience in effective selling within the target territory.
  • Strong passion and desire to work in a startup environment.
  • Superb written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Expand Department of Energy's use of WEKA using specialized industry expertise.
  • Demonstrate WEKA product value to potential and existing customers.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to build a sales pipeline and acquire new logos/programs.
  • Maintain positive ongoing relationships with current customers.
  • Accelerate customer adoption through education and engagement.
  • Work with strategic VAR and OEM partners to cultivate and manage joint selling opportunities.
  • Collaborate on all aspects of the sales cycle, including product, support, and sales engineering.
  • Interface with WEKA senior management.
