Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Project Management, Portfolio Management, or related strategic planning roles.
- Proven experience in resource planning, portfolio governance, and/or Integrated Business Planning (IBP).
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to build alignment across multiple functions and seniority levels.
- Demonstrated experience managing complex cross-functional initiatives in a dynamic environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
- Experience delivering projects within agreed scope, timeline, and budget.
- Ability to quickly adapt to new teams, tools, and ways of working with limited onboarding time.
- A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Professional proficiency in English.
- Availability to work within the US (Stamford) time zone.
Responsibilities
- Lead resource planning activities, balancing demand and capacity across projects and initiatives.
- Drive Integrated Business Planning (IBP) cycles, ensuring alignment between operational, commercial, and financial plans.
- Manage portfolio changes, including reprioritization, scope adjustments, onboarding, and offboarding of initiatives.
- Coordinate market and product phase-in/phase-out activities, minimizing business disruption and operational risk.
- Establish governance frameworks, reporting standards, and portfolio transparency mechanisms.
- Deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining clear communication and reporting.
- Provide leadership with structured insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
- Facilitate alignment across Operations and other key business functions.
- Drive continuous improvement in planning, execution, and project management practices.
