  • Experience with modern tooling and use of AI to improve productivity.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the account forward by anticipating and addressing potential issues proactively.
  • Coordinate product, engineering, delivery, and operations teams to land commitments.
  • Ensure the quality and substance of all deliverables sent to the client.
  • Serve as the client’s main point of contact, including direct communication with executives.
  • Translate client requests into clear, actionable priorities and next steps.
  • Own account planning, including roadmap development, renewals, and expansion opportunities.
  • Manage client reporting and documentation to ensure actionable insights.
  • Handle incidents and escalations by setting clear expectations and driving resolutions.
