- Ability to align work schedule with US Eastern Time hours.

- Genuine interest in basketball and understanding of the NBA season structure.
- Experience with modern tooling and use of AI to improve productivity.
Responsibilities
- Drive the account forward by anticipating and addressing potential issues proactively.
- Coordinate product, engineering, delivery, and operations teams to land commitments.
- Ensure the quality and substance of all deliverables sent to the client.
- Serve as the client’s main point of contact, including direct communication with executives.
- Translate client requests into clear, actionable priorities and next steps.
- Own account planning, including roadmap development, renewals, and expansion opportunities.
- Manage client reporting and documentation to ensure actionable insights.
- Handle incidents and escalations by setting clear expectations and driving resolutions.
