Requirements
- Extensive experience in a top-tier strategy consulting firm, or in a strategic role within a high-growth startup or scale-up.
- Outstanding analytical and structured problem-solving skills.
- Ability to generate insights from data and connect them to actionable strategic recommendations.
- Experience leading complex initiatives end-to-end, from hypothesis generation to solution implementation.
- Strong leadership and ownership skills with the ability to work autonomously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and build trusted relationships.
- Demonstrated automation and AI capabilities and AI fluency.
- Deep understanding of trends and market dynamics in SaaS and B2B software markets.
- Comfort with ambiguity and a collaborative, adaptable mindset.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a dedicated strategic business partner to one or more GTM leaders.
- Identify growth opportunities, solve complex business challenges, and drive execution against strategic priorities.
- Partner with Product, PMM, Pricing, and Enablement teams to support the commercialization of new products.
- Analyze revenue performance and customer behavior to identify opportunities for growth and efficiency.
- Conduct structured quantitative and qualitative analysis to uncover opportunities and assess trade-offs.
- Synthesize complex findings into actionable strategies and communicate them to C-level audiences.
- Influence senior stakeholders to drive execution across the organization.
- Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives end-to-end, from problem definition to performance measurement.
