- Proven ability to work proactively and independently while managing multiple complex workstreams.
- Ability to think critically about client needs and provide solutions beyond stated requests.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to influence without formal authority.
- Sharp communication skills with an ability to simplify complex concepts.
- Genuine interest in basketball with an understanding of the NBA season structure.
- Must be able to work align with US Eastern Time hours across weekdays.
- Reliable internet access.
- Thoughtful use of AI tools to improve speed and quality of work.
Responsibilities
- Drive the account forward daily by proactively identifying and addressing needs.
- Coordinate product, engineering, delivery, and operations teams to meet commitments.
- Ensure the quality and substance of deliverables provided to the client.
- Serve as the primary client point of contact for daily requests and executive communication.
- Translate client requests into actionable priorities and next steps.
- Manage account planning, including roadmap development, renewals, and expansion.
- Produce actionable client reporting beyond standard metrics.
- Handle incidents and escalations with calm expectation setting and resolution management.
