Requirements
- 6+ years as a hands-on AI or data strategy leader owning strategy engagements and roadmaps.
- 2+ years of consulting leadership with external clients managing multiple workstreams and teams.
- Proven ability to engage senior stakeholders, including C-suite, with compelling narratives.
- Experience identifying and prioritizing AI/data opportunities and building business cases tied to business outcomes.
- Strong technical literacy across modern cloud data platforms, data governance, and ML pipelines.
- Experience leading workshops to drive change, adoption, and mentorship of consultants.
- Track record of collaborating with cross-functional teams with high ownership and accountability.
- Extensive experience leading multi-engagement or multi-year AI/data strategy portfolios.
Responsibilities
- Lead AI and data strategy engagements including problem definition, readiness assessment, and use case prioritization.
- Manage executive-level stakeholder relationships and facilitate high-impact discovery and strategy workshops.
- Develop balanced technical and organizational recommendations with rigorous business cases for AI and data investments.
- Architect future-state operating models and technology stacks focused on scalability, safety, and regulatory compliance.
- Provide delivery oversight and coach project teams on consulting fundamentals and business impact.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients to align on roadmaps and identify expansion opportunities.
- Collaborate across data engineering, analytics, and AI/ML practices to deliver end-to-end solutions.
- Contribute to the development of internal methods, frameworks, and accelerators for the advisory practice.
