Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related quantitative field.
- 8+ years of product management experience within enterprise SaaS, cloud software, technology, or highly regulated industries.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience launching and scaling machine learning, AI, or data-driven products.
- Deep understanding of machine learning concepts, generative AI, large language models (LLMs), and advanced analytics.
- Proven ability to develop product strategies and prioritize competing objectives.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience working across multidisciplinary teams and influencing without authority.
- Familiarity with data privacy, governance, security, and ethical AI principles.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute a multi-year product vision and roadmap for data and AI platforms.
- Lead the development and deployment of advanced AI, machine learning, generative AI, and analytics solutions.
- Manage the full product lifecycle from ideation and experimentation to scalable production delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across product, engineering, design, operations, and business teams.
- Establish frameworks for measuring product performance, experimentation, and business impact.
- Translate complex business challenges into clear product requirements.
- Partner with governance, privacy, and compliance stakeholders to ensure ethical and secure AI outcomes.
- Mentor team members and contribute to product management best practices.
