- Proven experience in managing marketing and sales teams.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with CRM systems.
- Direct experience in paid advertising and data analysis.
- Hands-on, operational mindset with the ability to intervene quickly to improve performance.
- Deep understanding of the residential and investment real estate market.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the marketing team covering content, paid advertising, and digital campaigns.
- Supervise paid advertising across Meta, Google, Snapchat, and others with a focus on ROAS optimization.
- Manage and guide the sales team by establishing daily and weekly follow-up mechanisms.
- Build, activate, and monitor the CRM system to ensure data accuracy and lead flow.
- Define sales targets and KPIs and track performance consistently.
- Analyze the customer journey to identify and resolve process gaps.
- Improve lead quality and reduce advertising waste.
- Prepare periodic reports for senior management with actionable recommendations.
