Requirements
- Bachelor degree or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years working with staffing companies in an enterprise role.
- Experience working with SalesForce or a similar CRM.
- Track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
- High need for achievement and competitiveness.
- B2B or B2C sales experience (preferred).
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Ability to travel up to 50%.
Responsibilities
- Conduct contract negotiations and lead closing activities.
- Aggressively prospect, identify, qualify, and develop a sales pipeline.
- Build strong and effective relationships with V- and C-level executives.
- Conduct face-to-face visits, live product demonstrations, and webinars.
- Meet and exceed quarterly sales goals.
- Perform cold calling for new and potential staffing accounts.
- Manage relationships with existing accounts to retain and grow revenue.
- Prepare sales material, presentations, and demonstrations for key accounts and prospects.
