Requirements

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent experience.
  • 7+ years working with staffing companies in an enterprise role.
  • Experience working with SalesForce or a similar CRM.
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
  • High need for achievement and competitiveness.
  • B2B or B2C sales experience (preferred).
  • Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct contract negotiations and lead closing activities.
  • Aggressively prospect, identify, qualify, and develop a sales pipeline.
  • Build strong and effective relationships with V- and C-level executives.
  • Conduct face-to-face visits, live product demonstrations, and webinars.
  • Meet and exceed quarterly sales goals.
  • Perform cold calling for new and potential staffing accounts.
  • Manage relationships with existing accounts to retain and grow revenue.
  • Prepare sales material, presentations, and demonstrations for key accounts and prospects.
