Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in cloud security engineering and architecture.
- Advanced expertise in AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Deep understanding of cloud security principles and management of cloud-native security tools at scale.
- Extensive knowledge of fundamental security technologies like IAM, encryption, DLP, and firewalls.
- Expertise in CSPM, CNAPP, CWPP, and DSPM tools.
- Advanced experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, and Pulumi.
- High proficiency in programming or scripting languages for security automation.
- Proven ability to secure and harden cloud workloads including containers and serverless architectures.
- Experience performing in-depth security reviews of SaaS product architecture.
- Familiarity with compliance standards including HIPAA, HITRUST, CIS, and NIST 800-53.
- Strong leadership and cross-functional communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead the ongoing maintenance and operation of secure cloud infrastructures with a focus on AWS and cloud-native technologies.
- Secure applications by automating security assessments and monitoring runtime environments.
- Implement robust security controls for containers, serverless architectures, and virtual machines using encryption and access management.
- Lead security hardening across Kubernetes clusters and cloud-native environments.
- Partner with infrastructure and engineering teams to design secure solutions and integrate security into CI/CD pipelines.
- Develop automation solutions to enhance security operations and reduce manual efforts.
- Contribute to security incident response, detection, analysis, and recovery.
- Ensure compliance with standards such as SOC 2, HIPAA, and HITRUST through automated checks and governance.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to promote a security-first culture.
