Requirements

  • Some form of supporting a team (preferably sales) is a must.
  • Must be comfortable presenting and engaging with a virtual group of 100+ people at once.
  • Strong skills with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Teams.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Experience supporting sales teams, operations, customer service, or administrative functions preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and confidently engage in virtual settings.
  • Proven ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-starter mindset with strong problem-solving skills and follow-through.
  • Positive, energetic personality with a passion for helping others and building team connection.
  • Comfortable balancing structured operational work with creative engagement initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day operational support to SMB sales representatives, helping remove obstacles so they can stay focused on driving revenue.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for internal sales support requests, responding quickly and ensuring timely follow-through.
  • Manage billing inquiries and resolve issues accurately and efficiently.
  • Support client-related needs and assist with internal process navigation.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records while ensuring adherence to established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows and operational efficiency across the sales team.
  • Prioritize multiple tasks independently while collaborating cross-functionally to ensure smooth execution.
  • Support and execute team engagement initiatives such as contests, recognition programs, incentives, and virtual team events.
  • Help create fun, high-energy moments that strengthen connection and morale across a remote sales team.
  • Partner with leadership to celebrate wins and recognize employee achievements.
