Requirements

  • 2 years of experience in a contact center or customer-facing role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong critical thinking and investigatory skills.
  • Ability to use sound judgment for problem solving.
  • Ability to work independently and maintain communication with leadership.
  • Basic math skills.
  • Typing speed of 50-60 wpm.
  • Dependable internet connection.
  • Ability to multi-task in various systems and programs.
  • High School diploma or equivalent required; 4-year college degree preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional support to clients regarding benefits coverage and service issues.
  • Resolve complex or escalated inquiries requiring investigation.
  • Educate clients on self-service resources available through the platform.
  • Identify and escalate client contact reason trends to leadership daily.
  • Contribute to departmental knowledge resource updates and process improvements.
  • Serve as an onboarding buddy and mentor to new hires.
