Requirements
- 2 years of experience in a contact center or customer-facing role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong critical thinking and investigatory skills.
- Ability to use sound judgment for problem solving.
- Ability to work independently and maintain communication with leadership.
- Basic math skills.
- Typing speed of 50-60 wpm.
- Dependable internet connection.
- Ability to multi-task in various systems and programs.
- High School diploma or equivalent required; 4-year college degree preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional support to clients regarding benefits coverage and service issues.
- Resolve complex or escalated inquiries requiring investigation.
- Educate clients on self-service resources available through the platform.
- Identify and escalate client contact reason trends to leadership daily.
- Contribute to departmental knowledge resource updates and process improvements.
- Serve as an onboarding buddy and mentor to new hires.
