Requirements

- At least 2 years focused on enterprise or B2B SaaS products.
- Proven track record of building enterprise-grade product capabilities such as SSO/SAML, data residency, and role-based access controls.
- Experience navigating long enterprise sales cycles.
- Deep understanding of enterprise procurement, security, and compliance requirements.
- Ability to engage credibly with C-suite stakeholders, enterprise buyers, and technical teams.
- Skilled at leveraging data and customer insight to prioritize product features.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally and lead in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Responsibilities
- Define and drive the enterprise product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
- Collaborate with engineering and design to build and scale features purpose-built for enterprise environments, including admin controls, permissions, workflows, data residency, and integrations.
- Develop a deep understanding of enterprise buyer and user personas to translate their needs into product decisions.
- Partner closely with enterprise sales, forward deployed engineering, and customer success to support complex deal cycles, onboarding, and long-term account expansion.
- Manage and prioritize Forward Deployed Engineering (FDE) engagements.
- Define and own enterprise-specific success metrics, including adoption, retention, expansion revenue, and time-to-value.
- Manage enterprise customer feedback loops, including executive business reviews, design partnerships, and beta programs.
