Job Details

Minimum 12 months managing LinkedIn content for a founder, executive, creator, or agency owner.
Proven track record of growing a LinkedIn profile by 10,000+ followers or writing 100+ high-quality posts.
Experience in measurable outreach, such as booking at least 3 speaking/podcast/event opportunities.
Advanced writing skills with the ability to capture a specific voice and write sharp, human-centric copy.
Proficiency in daily usage of AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude for research, drafting, and workflow optimization.
Strong command of professional English, including the ability to edit own work.
Experience tracking performance data such as engagement rate, impressions, and leads influenced by content.
Ability to work effectively in a remote environment with a focus on ownership and accountability.
Capability to provide short Loom video updates and start within 14 days of offer.

Grow the founder's LinkedIn audience through consistent, high-impact content strategy and storytelling.
Build and manage a pipeline for speaking engagements, podcasts, panels, and workshops.
Execute human-focused outreach to event organizers, podcast hosts, and business leaders.
Repurpose long-form content, such as podcasts and business lessons, into concise and useful LinkedIn posts.
Maintain a weekly scorecard to track metrics like follower growth, engagement, and qualified conversations.
Foster professional relationships through thoughtful comments, DMs, and persistent follow-up.
