Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in a customer-facing role at a consulting company/health tech firm or internal analytical role at a life sciences company.
  • Prior experience with industry data products/partners including IQVIA and Komodo.
  • Deep understanding of customer use cases in life sciences such as patient data analytics, targeting, and incentive compensation.
  • Understanding of the commercial data and analytics landscape.
  • Ability to communicate data/technical requirements to both business and technical audiences.
  • Ability to manage multi-layered relationships and facilitate discussions across departments.
  • Proven ability to drive customer adoption and value realization.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Ability to travel occasionally to customer sites.

Responsibilities

  • Independently lead customer engagements as a primary contact from contracting onward.
  • Understand customer strategic objectives and challenges related to day-to-day data operations and analytics.
  • Provide guidance to customers on best practices for Compass access and use.
  • Act as primary liaison between customers and internal teams including Account Partners, Consulting, and Strategy.
  • Communicate product release information and roadmaps to diverse audiences.
  • Collect, analyze, and share customer feedback and product gaps for roadmap planning.
  • Create external collateral including user guides and training presentations.
