Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in a customer-facing role at a consulting company/health tech firm or internal analytical role at a life sciences company.
- Prior experience with industry data products/partners including IQVIA and Komodo.
- Deep understanding of customer use cases in life sciences such as patient data analytics, targeting, and incentive compensation.
- Understanding of the commercial data and analytics landscape.
- Ability to communicate data/technical requirements to both business and technical audiences.
- Ability to manage multi-layered relationships and facilitate discussions across departments.
- Proven ability to drive customer adoption and value realization.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to travel occasionally to customer sites.
Responsibilities
- Independently lead customer engagements as a primary contact from contracting onward.
- Understand customer strategic objectives and challenges related to day-to-day data operations and analytics.
- Provide guidance to customers on best practices for Compass access and use.
- Act as primary liaison between customers and internal teams including Account Partners, Consulting, and Strategy.
- Communicate product release information and roadmaps to diverse audiences.
- Collect, analyze, and share customer feedback and product gaps for roadmap planning.
- Create external collateral including user guides and training presentations.
