Requirements
- Must have military base access/clearance.
- Must be fluent in English.
- 3-4+ years of proven sales experience.
- Ability to build relationships, educate, and collaborate with military personnel and leadership.
- Ability to travel to military bases across the Western United States.
- Ability to energize, advise, and persuade senior corporate personnel.
- Strong interpersonal, relationship-building, and listening skills with a consultative style.
- Strong project management skills with ability to manage details in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with Microsoft Office/Teams and Salesforce.
Responsibilities
- Develop and operationalize a go-to-market strategy specifically focused on military bases and communities.
- Create, build, and manage relationships with military healthcare providers, mental health officers, and base leadership across priority markets.
- Go in the field 4-5 days/week, visiting military bases to conduct educational meetings, presentations, and outreach activities.
- Identify needs, address barriers to treatment, and establish partnerships with military referral sources to increase access to care.
- Design tailored strategies to engage and support military healthcare systems and community networks.
- Deepen Charlie Health’s penetration across existing military partnerships and collaborate on long-term initiatives.
- Attend and lead educational events, presentations, and outreach efforts on military bases, as well as virtual meetings and webinars.
- Synthesize and share feedback from military partners and stakeholders to inform marketing and product strategies.
- Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product, client success, and legal, to achieve go-to-market goals.
