Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in digital advertising, specifically in direct response marketing.
  • Proven track record managing high-spend Meta ad campaigns at $1M+/month.
  • Exceptional quantitative reasoning and data analysis skills with proficiency in Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational capabilities.
  • Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Must be available to work during Pacific Time Zone hours.
  • Familiarity with FB Ads API, SQL, and BI tools is a plus.
  • Multi-platform experience (Snap, TikTok, Google, Pinterest) is a plus.
  • Experience working alongside creative teams or creating social media content is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and refine media buying strategies to maximize ROI for a diverse portfolio of clients.
  • Build, launch, and fine-tune campaigns by managing bids and optimizing performance to achieve target ROAS.
  • Analyze campaign metrics to uncover actionable insights and guide strategic decision-making.
  • Partner with creative, strategy, and production teams to create data-driven solutions.
  • Allocate ad budgets efficiently to ensure measurable business impact.
  • Translate complex metrics into clear, compelling reports for various stakeholders.
