Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Typically 3+ years of experience in business analytics, revenue operations, financial reporting, or related analytical role.
- Proficiency in Salesforce reporting and data structures.
- Experience in Power BI dashboard development, data modeling, and DAX calculations.
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, especially Power Apps.
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate complex data into business insights.
- Ability to manage multiple reporting and analytics workstreams simultaneously.
- Experience in financial services, lending, or revenue performance environments.
- Strong attention to detail and data integrity skills.
- Ability to communicate technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
Responsibilities
- Identify and solve data-driven problems across Commercial & Consumer Lending using knowledge of business processes and data structures.
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, including data modeling, DAX calculations, and visualization design for KPI tracking and forecasting.
- Design and enhance Power Apps solutions to support business workflows and data collection.
- Manage Salesforce reports and dashboards, supporting stage logic analysis and ensuring data accuracy.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reporting packages with trend and variance analysis for leadership.
- Support data governance efforts by reinforcing standard definitions and improving data quality.
- Automate manual reporting processes to improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, FP&A, Credit, and Operations stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.
