Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (business or economics-oriented preferred).
- 5-6 years of total work experience, preferably in consulting or a relevant client-facing industry.
- Experience with law firm or professional services operations and strategy.
- Experience in law firm revenue cycle management or finance advisory.
- Proven track record of managing multiple engagements and clients simultaneously.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in quantitative and qualitative data analysis.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and storytelling skills.
- Ability to create client deliverables with limited oversight.
- Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with project leadership on data collection, analysis, research, and process mapping.
- Create and present reports and deliverables to clients.
- Support the implementation of strategic recommendations through close collaboration with client personnel.
- Mentor associate-level team members on client communication and project execution.
- Contribute to business development materials and practice administration tasks.
- Maintain industry knowledge regarding legal practice operations and revenue cycles.
