Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a data analyst, data engineer, or BI analyst within the last 10 years.
- Minimum 5 years of experience with enterprise reporting and analytics within the last 10 years.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (BigQuery, Looker, Data Studio) within the last 10 years.
- Minimum 1 year of experience with Accela Civic Platform or Accela licensing and enforcement modules within the last 10 years.
- Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent years of experience).
- Current Google Cloud Data Engineer or Analytics certification.
- Ability to provide professional references from management or supervisory roles.
Responsibilities
- Manage reports requirements and specifications.
- Design and develop Business Intelligence reports and dashboards.
- Establish an enterprise reporting framework aligned with overall enterprise architecture.
- Provide data and technology support to enable business objectives.
- Perform defect and incident management following ITIL-like methodology.
- Conduct security monitoring, assessments, and variance management.
- Monitor system and environment for uptime and performance metrics.
- Execute data governance, publishing, and ad-hoc analysis.
- Transfer technical knowledge to client staff.
