Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as an analytics engineer, data analyst, data scientist, or data engineer.
- Extremely strong coding skills in SQL (ability to write 100+ lines of complex queries/models).
- Extremely strong coding skills in Python (ability to write 1k+ lines of OOP scripts).
- Strong data modeling or integration skills.
- Fluency in expressing business processes using models and charts.
- BS in CS/CE, Math, Economics, or equivalent technical degree preferred.
- Experience with B2B SaaS environments is a plus.
- Experience with dbt, Postgres/Redshift, Fivetran, and dlt is a plus.
- Experience in dimensional modeling, data engineering, data science, or LLM/AI is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Iteratively refine data, build models, and enable self-service analytics across the team.
- Organize datasets and perform complex transformations using SQL and Python.
- Analyze data to answer business questions.
- Mentor and teach team members on data practices.
- Collaborate with business users, designers, product managers, and engineers.
- Manage end-to-end data tasks including ingestion, modeling, analysis, and data storytelling.
