Requirements
- 4 years of extensive experience in Forex, Insurance, Real estate, Banking, or Stock and Commodities Brokerage.
- Financial markets knowledge specifically in FX, Stocks, and Commodities.
- Proficiency in Technical and Fundamental analysis.
- Strong relationship management and networking skills.
- Proven selling skills.
- Customer-oriented mindset.
- Learning flexibility.
- Ability to effectively communicate with prospective and existing clients.
Responsibilities
- Set meetings and build relationships with potential Introducing Brokers interested in multi-asset products like Gold, Oil, FX, and Cryptocurrencies.
- On-board IBs and help them increase accounts, deposits, and revenues.
- Identify and target Money Managers and IBs in the Egyptian and MENA markets.
- Utilize Telegram and social media channels to influence IBs by offering competitive rebate programs.
- Build a book of business organically through networking across multiple industries.
- Negotiate rebate and markup terms with IBs and provide proposals addressing specific trading needs.
- Maintain customer records and communication logs within the CRM system.
- Achieve sales targets including funded accounts, gross deposits, and weekly meetings.
