Responsibilities
- Manage workload independently to reduce the need for oversight
- Communicate task status and workflow updates clearly to PNC
- Follow up on active and pending cases to ensure progress
- Assist with legal documents, research, and case preparation
- Qualify and manage incoming leads accurately and efficiently
- Handle inbound phone calls and serve as a primary intake contact
- Maintain up to date records in the CRM system
- Send professional and timely emails to clients and internal teams
- Take detailed notes during meetings and client interactions
- Complete intake documentation and ensure accurate data entry
