Requirements

  • Strong experience in invoicing, reconciliation, reporting, and debt management.
  • Excellent customer service and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks, Sage Online, and similar systems.
  • Strong Excel and reporting capabilities.
  • Ability to manage escalations and work in a fast-paced operational environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage invoicing, reconciliation, and financial reporting using QuickBooks and Sage Online.
  • Monitor accounts receivable, track payments and expenditures, and manage debt collection processes.
  • Handle customer service escalations, driver coordination, and supplier communications via phone and email.
  • Provide professional and efficient support to customers, internal teams, and operational staff.
  • Prepare detailed reports including financial reports, transport compliance reports, and operational call logs.
  • Provide executive assistant support including coordination, scheduling, and administrative oversight.
  • Process and monitor orders using RJLAsap and internal systems.
  • Oversee job closure processes and ensure required purchase orders (POs) are requested and completed.
  • Organize and maintain compliance files, scanned documents, and operational records.
  • Support continuous improvement of finance, admin, and customer service processes.
