Requirements
- Strong experience in invoicing, reconciliation, reporting, and debt management.
- Excellent customer service and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Sage Online, and similar systems.
- Strong Excel and reporting capabilities.
- Ability to manage escalations and work in a fast-paced operational environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage invoicing, reconciliation, and financial reporting using QuickBooks and Sage Online.
- Monitor accounts receivable, track payments and expenditures, and manage debt collection processes.
- Handle customer service escalations, driver coordination, and supplier communications via phone and email.
- Provide professional and efficient support to customers, internal teams, and operational staff.
- Prepare detailed reports including financial reports, transport compliance reports, and operational call logs.
- Provide executive assistant support including coordination, scheduling, and administrative oversight.
- Process and monitor orders using RJLAsap and internal systems.
- Oversee job closure processes and ensure required purchase orders (POs) are requested and completed.
- Organize and maintain compliance files, scanned documents, and operational records.
- Support continuous improvement of finance, admin, and customer service processes.
