Requirements
- 10+ years of operational leadership experience in high-stakes environments.
- Deep expertise across the full Outside Plant (OSP) infrastructure lifecycle.
- Proven experience leading, coaching, and retaining high-performing teams.
- Expertise in managing large capital budgets and identifying cost savings in fiber networks.
- Strong project management skills, including scheduling and risk mitigation.
- Executive-level written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Google Suite (Sheets, etc.), Google Maps, Google Earth, and Smartsheet.
- Understanding of fiber engineering and documentation standards.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- GIS mapping and data manipulation experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Recruit, manage, and develop a high-performing operations team.
- Identify, negotiate, and manage contracts with OSP engineering and construction vendors.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and reporting for multiple fiber infrastructure projects.
- Act as a primary operational partner for key accounts, leading client communications and business reviews.
- Serve as a strategic technical lead for OSP operations, ensuring rigorous processes for engineering, permitting, and construction.
- Drive operational maturity by designing and refining scalable processes for service delivery.
