Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years proven track record in business development, preferably within education.
  • In-depth understanding of the country's education landscape and its key stakeholders.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to close deals and meet sales targets consistently.
  • Proficient networker with strong relationship-building skills.
  • Analytical mindset with strategic problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-motivated individual capable of independent work.
  • Proficiency in CRM software.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic, both written and verbal.
  • Primary internet connection with a minimum speed of 15 Mbps and backup of 10 Mbps.
  • Desktop or laptop with Intel Core i5 (8th gen+) / i3 (10th gen+) / AMD Ryzen 5 or equivalent, and 8 GB RAM.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a comprehensive business development strategy to expand the company’s presence in the country.
  • Identify strategic partnerships with schools, ministries, and educational institutions in the country to establish mutually beneficial collaborations.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within schools, educational organizations, and government entities.
  • Lead negotiations, contract discussions, and partnership agreements to ensure favorable terms for all parties.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns and promotional materials for potential partners.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market insights, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on business development activities, progress, and results to senior management.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance the company's visibility.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, focusing on generating a minimum annual revenue of $400,000.
