Requirements
- Master Degree in Business Administration, Process Management, Supply Chain Management, or related discipline.
- 8-10 years of professional experience in commercial operations, business process management, or project management.
- Proven track record of designing and enforcing structured commercial or operational processes in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and process mapping/BPM tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
- Fluent in English.
- Deep understanding of defense-industry commercial practices (preferred).
- Ability to communicate and maintain integrity with senior stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Map, document, and maintain all end-to-end commercial processes, including opportunity qualification and proposal development.
- Establish and manage a centralized Commercial Process Handbook as the single source of truth for workflows.
- Define and enforce stage-gate criteria, approval authorities, and escalation paths in line with corporate governance.
- Analyze existing processes to identify bottlenecks and implement improvements to reduce cycle times and increase win rates.
- Introduce and track KPIs for commercial process health, including bid turnaround time and proposal quality.
- Conduct periodic process audits and compliance reviews to report findings and recommend corrective actions.
- Own the configuration and continuous improvement of CRM tools to reflect approved processes.
- Design and deliver training programs to ensure team members understand and follow established workflows.
