Requirements
- Experience running B2B field marketing programs or event portfolios.
- Strong background in audience segmentation and event campaign mechanics.
- Experience managing fabrication, booth design, or brand experience at events.
- Ability to brief designers and hold vendors to high standards.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work autonomously in a remote, distributed team environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Must be based in the UK or Europe.
- Willingness to travel occasionally across Europe, to the US, and to Singapore.
- Bonus: Experience with event technology platforms.
- Bonus: Background in SaaS, tech, or digital marketing.
- Bonus: Familiarity with SEO, content marketing, or developer/marketer communities.
Responsibilities
- Lead event marketing strategy and execution including audience targeting, multi-channel campaigns, and registration drives.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Ahrefs Evolve speakers, managing relationships and briefing.
- Own creative direction for Evolve, including booth design, fabrication, and brand experience.
- Manage sponsorship booth design and creative for regional activations and European field events.
- Lead swag creative direction, brand alignment, and design standards.
- Collaborate on sponsorship activation planning and strategy for Evolve.
- Manage timelines and creative vendor relationships across multiple concurrent projects.
- Build and maintain relationships with regional communities, partners, and venues across Europe.
- Track and report on event performance including attendance, engagement, and ROI.
