Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in a commercial, project management, or operations role at a startup, consulting firm, or fast-paced tech company.
  • Fluency in German (C1/C2) and English (C1/C2), both written and verbal.
  • Proven ability to break complex GTM workstreams into clear tasks.
  • Proficiency in building dashboards and tracking KPIs consistently.
  • Demonstrated ability to turn data into concise status updates for stakeholders.
  • Strong ownership of action items and proactive blocker resolution.
  • Experience managing competing dependencies.
  • Interest in energy transition and hardware-plus-subscription business models.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure scalability of the product and related processes by identifying bottlenecks in the customer journey.
  • Drive concrete process fixes end-to-end in collaboration with Product and Operations teams.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reporting cadences to track launch KPIs, activation metrics, and performance data.
  • Manage the operational structure of GTM initiatives by tracking work-streams and identifying dependencies.
  • Align stakeholders across Product, Marketing, Sales, and Operations to ensure cross-functional execution.
