Requirements

  • 10+ years of high-stakes experience in enterprise technology alliances, ISV ecosystems, or strategic business development.
  • Proven track record of direct, measurable revenue impact.
  • Direct experience launching or managing OEM, embedded, or white-label partnerships.
  • Strategic understanding of the legal, financial, and technical hurdles of high-value deals.
  • Deep expertise in Identity, ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Workday), and emerging Agentic AI and LLM technologies.
  • Experience building co-sell frameworks, referral programs, and joint Go-To-Market engines.
  • Ability to navigate executive boardrooms and communicate technical roadmaps with internal product leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Define the master strategy for the global technology ecosystem and identify high-growth partnership categories.
  • Prioritize and penetrate key market sectors, including Agentic AI, LLM providers, and ERP giants like SAP, Oracle, and Workday.
  • Structure complex commercial models to create embedded or bundled offerings with key partners.
  • Build frameworks to turn partner sales forces into an extension of internal sales teams.
  • Oversee integration roadmaps that align platform extensibility with the strategic goals of high-value partners.
  • Lead executive-level relationships and navigate boardrooms at Fortune 500 partners.
