Requirements
- 5–8+ years of experience in healthcare partnerships, business development, channel sales, or related commercial roles.
- Proven experience working with enterprise healthcare customers, health plans, TPAs, benefits consultants, or brokers.
- Demonstrated success building and growing strategic partnerships that drive measurable business outcomes.
- Proven ability to generate, influence, and close new business opportunities through partner channels.
- Strong commercial acumen and a track record of driving revenue growth.
- Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills.
- Comfortable engaging with executive and C-suite stakeholders both internally and externally.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using data to evaluate performance, identify opportunities, and make recommendations.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary relationship owner for assigned Strategic Alliance partners, including health plans, benefits consultants, and other channel partners.
- Develop partnership strategies, establish goals, and drive accountability for performance and growth.
- Lead partner onboarding and ongoing relationship management to maximize engagement and impact.
- Own the development and activation of pipeline opportunities generated through partner channels.
- Collaborate with internal sales teams to identify, pursue, and close strategic enterprise opportunities.
- Develop measurable activation plans and success metrics for each partnership.
- Lead regular business reviews, performance reporting, and strategic planning sessions with partners.
- Build trusted relationships with key partner stakeholders, including executive leaders and decision-makers.
- Partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Operations, Clinical, and Member Support teams to execute partnership initiatives.
