Requirements
- 5+ years of IT experience in a support or deployment role.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English.
- Experience delivering large software deployment, infrastructure, or enterprise application programs.
- Experience using technical program/project management tracking tools (e.g., Smartsheet).
- PMP certification preferred.
- Proven ability to scale projects for international markets.
- Analytical, strategic, and creative problem-solving skills.
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work autonomously with minimal oversight.
- Must pass a Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) background check.
- US Citizenship required.
Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of complex enterprise-grade SaaS product deployments.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to ensure national, state, and territory requirements are defined.
- Oversee program-level change management with client partners and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure program milestones and deadlines are met and documentation supports revenue recognition.
- Define vision, scope, and delivery timelines in partnership with customers, sales, and product leaders.
- Participate in research and fact-finding to define program scope and objectives.
- Support work estimation processes during program planning.
- Scale existing project methodologies to support international market expansion.
