Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in customer-facing, project management, or implementation roles for a SaaS or technology company.
- Residency in the Eastern Time Zone with ability to start work during early morning hours.
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent customer projects.
- Experience with Agentic AI frameworks, autonomous agents, or LLM-driven automation.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
- Ability to think critically and solve problems under pressure.
- Optional: Knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and web-related languages.
- Optional: Familiarity with marketing technologies like Google Analytics, Adobe, or Google AdWords.
Responsibilities
- Oversee a portfolio of customer implementation projects to ensure timely execution.
- Collaborate with customers to align business objectives with implementation strategies.
- Train customers on Invoca platform functionalities, integrations, APIs, and webhooks.
- Provide technical implementation support for JavaScript deployment and MarTech workflow optimization.
- Identify and implement best practices to improve onboarding efficiency and scalability.
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams.
- Lead the deployment of Agentic AI workflows and autonomous agents within customer ecosystems.
- Maintain accurate project records and ensure adherence to Service Level Objectives using CRM and project tools.
